But let’s start from the beginning – Zimmerman presented a lot of perfect for layering pieces, that can also be worn as single statement and have the entire outfit revolve around them!

Rebecca Valance‘s looks were directly to the point. The combination of straight lines, simplicity, and wearability was more than 100% present.

Carmen Marc Valvo’s texture play was outstanding. The bold red-orange piece couldn’t scream fall more, than it already does, and secretly make me want to go trick-or-treating. And of course fur is another personal favorite of mine!

Since I couldn’t shut up about Rebecca Minkoff‘s show all day, let’s see what she’s got planned for fall 2014. First of all the boots. These are the only over the knee boots that aren’t tacky or stripper, the only ones I can see myself wearing. The only ones, and of course they are made by RM! Plus the concept of wearing 2 shoulder bags at a time! I am definitely going to need some Rebecca in my life!

Creatures of the wind was a new designer that I discovered for myself

And last, but not least – Kate Spade – can I just say “When you’re alone and life is making you lonely, you can always go …” Kate Spade!
